Volunteer Terms & Code of Conduct

By applying as a volunteer with Hum Hain Na Foundation you agree to uphold the Foundation's code of conduct: treat all beneficiaries, co-volunteers and partners with respect; follow instructions of event coordinators; never misuse Foundation identity or resources; and accurately log work submitted for verification.

Volunteer IDs remain property of the Foundation, are valid for one year unless revoked, and must be carried during official activities. Misconduct may lead to revocation of the ID and certificates.

Certificates are issued at the discretion of the Foundation based on verified participation and contribution. All certificates carry unique verification codes; alteration or forgery is a punishable offence.
