Order Processing Time
The product will be shipped within 48 to 72 hrs of order/payment receipt. It is our endeavour to deliver goods in the fastest time.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping delivery time will depend on the location and on the courier service. On an average it can take 3 to 7 days to delivery the product. Delays if any due to unforeseen circumstances, or remote locations, we apologise for any inconvenience caused
COD Orders
As a policy we do not accept Cash on Delivery orders. If you need any product details or have any queries and need to connect with us before playing your order. Please feel free to drop us a note on info@berrynaturecare.com and we will be happy to reply.
Delivery Address
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.
International Orders
Your package may be subject to international courier charges and import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying the courier changes in advance and other charges at time of clearance. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a confirmation message by the courier company with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the courier website.
