At Berry Nature Care, we place the satisfaction of our customers as our top priority. Our every effort is to delight you with our products and make you feel special.
Our products are offered in sealed condition in durable recyclable packaging, once opened we do not repackage or resell them due to safety and hygiene reasons. To keep things safe for our customers, we do not accept returns of opened merchandise. If you are unsure of a product’s suitability, kindly consult our experts before purchasing.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on products purchased as part of any sale, as well as opened or used products. Berry Nature Care is not responsible for damage during third-party transportation or after delivery.
In the advent, the tube is received in a damaged condition beyond use. You will need to send us a box opening video and visuals of the product damage, with reasons as to why it cannot be used. We will replace the product gladly or issue a full refund for any full-priced, unopened merchandise that is returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. Simply contact us and return the products to our address. However, postage costs need to be paid by the customer. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete. All decisions regarding damaged goods acceptance will be at the discretion of Berry Nature Care and it will be final.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed through www.berrynaturecare.com cannot be canceled and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed through www.berrynaturecare.com
